Yes. Consultancy is a standalone engagement — a review of your plans, layout, materials and lighting with written recommendations you can hand to any contractor. You are not obliged to appoint us for the build.
It depends on area, scope and specification, so we do not publish a rate per square foot — any studio that does is quoting before it has seen your project. After the first call we set out the scope and a budget band in writing, and nothing proceeds until you have approved it.
Yes, and often do. We can sit alongside an appointed architect or contractor, or take the project through to handover ourselves — whichever gives you a single point of accountability.
Design typically runs four to eight weeks depending on scope. Execution depends on area, joinery content and approvals. You get an indicative programme with the scope, updated at each stage rather than promised once.
You receive a reference number on screen immediately, and a member of the studio calls you to understand the project. If it is a fit we arrange a site visit; if it is not, we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere more suitable.
