What we collect, and why
When you submit the consultation form we store the details you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, project location, project type, stage, approximate budget, expected start, approximate area, and anything you write in the requirements field. We use these only to understand your project and to contact you about it.
Alongside your enquiry we also record technical information: the page you
submitted from, the website or advert that referred you, campaign parameters in the link you
clicked (including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign
and Google's click identifier gclid), your IP address, your browser's user-agent
string, and the time of submission. This lets us answer enquiries in context, understand which
adverts genuinely produce work, and defend the form against automated abuse.
When you simply browse we do not ask for anything, and this website sets no cookie of its own for ordinary visitors.
Analytics and advertising
This website uses Google services to measure how it performs: Google Ads conversion tracking. These set their own cookies and process data such as your approximate location, device and the pages you view. Google acts as an independent controller for that data; see Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
When you submit the form we tell Google Ads that a lead occurred, together with our internal reference for it. We never send your name, phone number, email address or anything you wrote to Google.
Where it is stored, and for how long
Enquiries are stored in a private database on our hosting account, readable only by our team through a password-protected dashboard. We keep an enquiry for as long as it is commercially useful and then delete it; if a project does not proceed, we delete the enquiry within 24 months unless you ask us to keep it longer. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. If we email you, our email provider processes that message. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone else for their own marketing.
Your choices
Write to info@truekeey.com and we will, within a reasonable time: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. There is no charge for this. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional statutory rights over your personal data, we will honour them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form is validated on the server, rate-limited, and protected against automated submissions. Dashboard passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. No system is perfect, but we treat your enquiry as confidential.
Children
This website is intended for adults commissioning interior design work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
